Podcast - Bus Kahani Hai

Image
T his post is dedicated to introducing my Podcast - Bus Kahani Hai . I have made this podcast with an intention to connect to people through my voice. This is not only a means of sharing my views and stories with the world but is also a medium to talk to myself.   A podcast is a good medium to connect with people as it does not demand the attention of your eyes; all it wants from you is to lend your ears. Often when you are commuting on a bus or in a metro, listening to a podcast can be a great idea: All you need is an earphone and bingo! My Podcast - Bus Kahani Hai has a Trailer as an introduction and episodes that are published from time to time. All the episodes so far have been archived below with dedicated links for one-click listening. Also, it is my humble request to leave your valuable feedback and comments on this post or on my  Instagram page   https://www.instagram.com/neoimaginations/     Twitter handle  Bus Kahani Hai              Latest Episodes Episode 4 : Khidki Ke Baa

If You Live to Eat, then Singapore is a Treat !!

If holidaying is all about eating, shopping and exploring, then Singapore is a sure paradise for you.  Singapore has a variety of cuisines to tease your taste buds and indulge into sinful eating. From serene hotels to calm beaches, from bustling shopping malls to enticing eat streets, from romantic coffee shops to beautiful countrysides; Singapore has it all ! If eating, shopping and drinking is your idea of a perfect holiday, then this is where you should swipe your magnetic cards.   My personal favorite is Singaporean Chicken Rice. A complete meal that can be savored anytime of the day. A dish consisting of steamed  rice and slices of juicy tender chicken. The steamed rice is drizzled with a generous amount of sweet dark sauce and the chicken dressed in chilli sauce makes a lethal combination. A dollop of minced ginger on top of it adds the remaining flavour to satiate all your taste buds at once.  Singaporean Chicken Rice     I know words are hard to believ

The Optimistic Touch

The joy of life is with people who love you and understand you. They are the ones who can listen to you for hours with interest and fondness.  They are reliable and sources of inspiration for friendship and life.  I have known Ajay for close to four years. It was in the year 2010 when we got a chance to work together. Though we were a part of different projects but our  wavelength  matched so well that we developed respect and fondness for each other in no time. Ajay was my senior and I never missed a chance to pay him his due respect. We were people of  different taste and approach but had a common passion for  life. Ajay was a man of books and knowledge and I was appropriately a jerk who loved life living on the edge. Ajay was matured and composed but I was spontaneous and restless. Doing eccentric things gave me pleasure but to many others it meant stupidity. Ajay always saw the optimistic side of my behavior which the world saw otherwise. He had a very wide angle of ju

Bold for Better

Life is not a bed of roses and it should not be a one ever. Alternate shades of tough times only make happiness more realizable and satisfying. But it takes a lot of contemplation to take that decision which may have otherwise effects on your career and growth. I recently got into a situation where I had to confront my immediate boss on an issue. We were a team of eight people and everyone had a common complaint that our immediate boss was not acknowledging our efforts and work output. He always criticized us on petty issues and never verbally appreciated our efforts. The morale was obviously down. He never highlighted out achievements and on the contrary created stress and unsatisfaction in the team.  Although everybody was spiteful of him but nobody wanted to offend him considering the repercussions of objection. Everyday we dedicated time to vent out our anger by abusing him during casual tea breaks. This somehow eased the negativity and optimized us to bear him and work

Opportunities Unlimited !! Just Look Up

Aimless was a  perfect one word substitution for me. It not only defined me in nutshell but was also the Joie de Vivre  of my life. Although I was professionally sound and focused but in personal life I never took myself seriously. May be this was the reason I was doing good in professional life.  It is one sort of a kick to get up every morning to discover you have no personal goals to fight for or be burdened under the guilt of negative deviations. Whenever I found the time to think in the direction of personal life i made it a point to freak out with friends.  But I knew the fact that I was going wrong. I was avoiding something that would start haunting me if I don't respect it further. I knew I was already late in making my future financial plans. A decade of job and I had absolutely no savings to even gather my guts to peep into the bastion of future planning. So instead of facing the problem I made a fake euphoria around me that everything was absolutely normal and futu
